Orange juice and apple

This orange and apple juice in a natural nutrient very rich and positive for our body. Orange and apple give a very high combination of fiber and very easy assimilation. Both fruits potentially taste the other and have a great moisturizing and refreshing property because of the water it contains.

It is a very rich mixture of vitamins that orange brings, plus the properties of the apple that is rich in fiber, and has vitamin E and C, which serves to prevent anemia and the possible problems you may have with the intestine.

Ingredients

  • 2 apples
  • 3 oranges

Elaboration

The skin and nuggets of both fruits are removed, and then chopped. Once it is ready we liquefy everything and the juice is ready to serve. You can add a little more orange juice if you want to get a creamier texture.

Orange juice and strawberries

This combination of fruits is very tasty on the palate. This orange juice and strawberries is very healthy with high doses of fiber that help cleanse the body, and an extra supply of vitamins and antioxidants. It also provides minerals such as calcium and potassium that help control blood pressure, and keep us online.

Ingredients

  • 600 g of strawberries
  • 2 oranges
  • Ice

Elaboration

Clean oranges well and make juice with them. Then wash and chop the strawberries. Pour everything in the blender.

Mix the ingredients well and once blended serve it in a long glass. To turn it into a cold juice, frosty ice is added and we mix everything again. We have the juice ready to drink!

Try not to add sugar, if you see that it is too little sweet, it is better to add a tablespoon of honey or liquid sweetener.
